Q: How long does it take to get the embroidery done on your products?
All products may take considerable time to be made No Time line is Guaranteed. This is a custom made to order product..
Q: What is your policy on returning something I ordered?
Returns will ONLY be accepted for products that have a manufacturing defect AND we are contacted within the first 30 days of you receiving it. Manufacturers' defects include, but are not limited to, errors in the embroidery and carpet that is cut smaller than our specifications.
Errors made in the ordering process will NOT be eligible for return. Please review your entire order before completing the purchase, as we will NOT accept mistakes for return. If you have any questions before or during the ordering process, please contact us BEFORE completing your order. We're happy to answer questions or send samples so that you can be sure about what you're purchasing.
Q: Will your floor mats fit my Caprice Wagon?
Yes, the Caprice wagon is the same as the Impala. The mats fit perfectly.
Q: Do the front mats have upholstery snaps in them?
No. My floor mats have large nubs on the back of the mats so they do not require snaps to hold them in place.
Q: Will the rear mat work in a Caprice Wagon?
Yes. The one-piece mat will work in the back of the B-Body wagon. Again, it is a perfect fit.
